Cool, thanks for the reply. Its seems like this was mostly a mechanics demo which is great. Good luck my dude, the mechanics feel great for me it would be just that bit of speed but yeah otherwise its all great,

Good Luck.

The idea of a level grind isn't new, its down right getting old now.
Though the grinding is old there is still a level of fun to be had with grinding especially when this gives me a feeling of Risk of Rain, one life, unique abilities, and if you could grab and use stuff around you then that.

I finished this also in roughly an hour so if the demo is that long I expect the finished product to give back more.

Some things I would like to see in the game would be,

-Clothing changeability, changing coats or pants and probably colors

-Cool weapon designs if possible, lowest feature not really that important

-Ability to have a inventory or use weapons of your choice! I had tons of trouble using just a bow or just a throwing axe while fighting bats, if possible let us use a melee weapon as well as a range weapon, the switch button can be the scroll wheel.

-Ability to pick up small potions or 'loot' from fallen enemies

-A small map or better yet a vendor that lets us buy a map from them when we get some form of money which helps us navigate the maze and know where we have been

-A better layout for the shop owners in the dungeon instead of just standing around waiting for you.

-Maybe mini quests for the shop owners so they only help you if you help them.

-Unique dungeon designs that change the color of the walls and maybe add something akin to sand or flora so it doesn't get boring to the eyes

Pixel retro dungeon crawlers have a fan-base behind them which I am a part of so I know for a fact that this can definitely be successful if there is more work put into it. It has a fat lumpy retro art style that moves smoothly and if the speed was a bit faster of everything and there was stronger music it would give off the fast paced beauty that it is.

Seriously good luck my dude. Hope to see this finished in the future.
